The Cost.U.Less Hagåtña project is a newly constructed 55,000+ square-foot retail facility designed as a major commercial anchor at the Agana Shopping Center. Because the space is a large open-floor retail environment with continuous customer traffic, the HVAC system was engineered for dependable high-capacity cooling and stable comfort conditions. The mechanical scope included installation of nine high-efficiency packaged rooftop units (RTUs) totaling approximately 225 tons of cooling capacity. 

I assisted the project team through documentation and coordination by reviewing and marking as-built drawing updates, writing and organizing submittals, and creating commissioning checklists.
